Greetings from Maine.
Has anyone put larger than stock tires on their Bear Tracker?
I would like to get a little more clearence and traction without
increasing the overall width of the ATV by much. ( It fits perectly
in my truck now.)
Are there any other reasonable performance enhancer.
Thanks for your help.

If you've got the time, I wouldn't mind seeing the photo. What size did you put up front?

I have a 2000 Bear Tracker with 22x11x10 Titan 489 A/t's on the rear. I think that is a little wider than you are looking for. For the front I am going to get 23x7x10s but in the M/T. They are alittle more agressive and will give it a good look. My rear tires are might need to be replaced soon too and I think I might go with the Titan Fast Trekkers. They are a sportier tire and they are really hard so they won't wear much. But they dont come in the 22x10x10. You would have to go with and inch wider 22x11x10. In the Dennis Kirk Catolog there is a company named Duro which makes a 21x10x10 size tire. That wouldnt give you as much ground clearance but you would have more power to the ground because it is easier for the motor to turn the shorter tires. If I were you I would go with and agresive 23 inch tire on the front which will stick to the trail and with the extra inch it will make it handle better. And for the rear go with a 21 or 22 inch because it wont take away your power.
