I have been picked-up a few times for riding on the local beaches,and I was told that you can ride on beaches down south.

 

Go ride them and see if its illegal or not.

 

The only ATV's I have seen on our beaches were Rentals, which are restricted to 10 mph, and the ones the rangers use.

 

I went to St. Augustine Beach this weekend and saw beach cops on Polaris quads. They used to rent atvs on Daytona Beach but I don't know if they still do. Heck, you cant find any decent beach to access anymore here in Florida since condos have taken over.
