I have an e-series slip-on on my raptor and am thinking about getting a new headpipe. Is there any problems/drawbacks to using a Bills headpipe with the E-series? Will they fit together?

The dealer I am thinking about buying from only has Bills pipes listed on his website and I think that is all he sells now.

Thanks

I have the White Bros. headers with a W.B. E series thumper! You can't beat that set-up. The headers are a little thicker than "some" of the others I've seen. They are stainless and will last a lifetime. Your dealer can also order the W.B. I betcha! If not, I would be greatly surprised.

I like how the two White Bros. head pipes connect farther back than most others which increases velocity.

I am having trouble finding an E-series headpipe. Parts are harder to get here than in the States. I bought the slip on used, and I do not think the dealer sells white bros anymore.

So will a Bills headpipe fit?

Thanks for the feedback.

If Bill's can tell you that their headpipe will fit the stock canister, then yes it will fit. If Bill's headpipe won't fit the stock canister, then it won't work! The Pro Circuit header will work with the E series for sure!

The Bills headpipe will not fit, even though the dealer I think your talking about will try to tell you it will. The poor bugger just does not have a clue. Most aftermarket headers are larger in diameter and are larger where they fit the muffler.
Your better off not mixing and matching parts. All these pipes have had a lot of dyno time to be just right.I have Power Pro ceramic coated complete systems in stock at the best price in Australia. Same as CT and Graydon as Power Pro makes their pipes. There are no special secret specs for each shop either, just different stickers.
