We have a problem with our 175 and we believe it is in the carburetor and we have no clue on how a 2 stroke carb.. should be adjusted?

It is now idling and seems to run perfect till it starts to rev out "mid throttle" ,any suggestions?

put the air screw in all the way, then turn it out 1 1/4 turns. clean the air filter try that. it sounds like your not getting enough air. look int the manual if you got one. id check the filter first

2 strokes need spark and air/gas mixture to run.....no spark no run. if the timing is off then yes that could be trouble
