The first thing that comes to my mind is a suspension upgrade, followed by a filter adaptor upgrade possibly handle bars, full skids, auxiliary lighting if you plan to race at night, desert tank depending on length of races, steering damper, bead locks & /or reinforcing rings to strengthen the somewhat weak Red Label rims, etc. There are more, but how deep are your pockets?

i am also setting mine up for xc, but i thought you where going to sale your warrior or at least that is what your website said. how do you like your powerbomb, does it give a noticeable hp increase. and can you pm me your complete list of mods i'd like to se what you have. i would add a pair of wheel spacer in the front, it still wont be wider than the rear by a whole lot if at all, they will also soften the shocks with the extra lever on them

Better shocks, a good set of skid plates, a steering stabilizer, and some good hand guards.
