Why don't you call them and see what they got to say and see if it will fix on your bike... Just how hard for you to pick up the phone and call them and start asking question......

That carb's around slide - I don't know exactly what would happen if it was put on the DS, but the flat slides are the popular choices for performance reasons. I really don't know from experience though - but I do know that my 350X, and a lot of other bikes, come stock with round slide Keihin carbs, and it absolutely rips ***.
It comes with a 310 main jet - so its apparently capable of pulling some air.
