Exhaust system input
#1
Just getting ready to put the DS up on a dyno back firing through the carb still and bogging in 3rd through 5th. While I'm at it going to up grade the exhaust system I just want to spend money one time and get the right pipe. The 2000 is stock with a K&N filter air holes in the lid and a vented gas cap. CDI will come latter when Big gun comes out with there new one and I get more info about it. I need input from you all on what every one thinks about these pipes. I have it down to three now.

I can get info from the makers I want it from the owner of the pipes.
Thanks

I have had the Alba, BigGun and Graydon Proline; I am going with the Trinity my self. I have seen one on a Raptor and it is the best built one I have seen. The only two other pipes I would look at are Bill's and Duncan. Duncan has been saying they will be coming out with a pipe for the DS650 within 4 months for the last two years. I have not seen a Bill's pipe but have heard good things about them.

Bills is almost done with there exhaust, my Baja has been there for 4 weeks and it is the best fitting pipe I have used yet, and it looks great as well. I will pick up my quad early next week and post a picture. This pipe comes with the tabs in place to mount the heat shield and is fully rubber mounted. Bill is getting some price estimates for a custom billet aluminum heat shield which may be included as well. The header pipe is stainless steel and comes with a spark arrestor.

Ok I missed one company Bill's direct me there if you would. I'll at least check it out. I'm really looking hard at the Trinity not only did the pipe look good but the customer service was very good as well.
