Building Quad

okay , I didn't know that you already have quads.
What do you want to do the project quad for? drag racing, trail riding, fast bike?
How much money do you want to spent on the project?
I would agree what gp250r mention and do lot of research to see what will work or won't work.
I would go for KTM520 put in ? frame and go for it. or put 650r motor into 400ex frame.
Or put 1100 motor from suz. and put in zilla frame and you got one hot beefy bike.

I was thinking something like a sport quad since this will just be kept down here where we live. Our other quads are at our upstate house which we go to alot but it be fun just to have one down here incase out of no where we wanna go riding in the woods next to my house. For around here we dont really need 10 inches of ground clearance or anything like that maybe like 4 ya know like regular sport quads. It will be ridden on dirt, whatever sand is in the woods (dunno how but yea theres sand in the woods near me), and during the winter snow. Itll be on Staten Island so it wont be like 2 feet of snow or anything like that. Rather concentrate on speed for this one since it wont need utility power etc cause we wont be taking this one through rock hills etc. Maybe like 50 mph? I know thats not fast or anything but its fast enough for Staten Island since there aint really any straight aways unless I ride it on the street and want the cops chasing me. I would like this one to be manual clutch since our other ones are auto clutch. I dont wanna really spend so much money on this since its just a fun project and we got school, SATs and **** to study for so not like we get full time jobs etc but couple thousand ya know.
