motown,
you need to have everything loose. then try to move the nerfs around to fit. you might have the black plastic thing on the wrong side of the foot pegs. i have never seen a cannondale with a/c nerfs, but typical a/c nerfs never fit right. also, you may have to bend the nerfs a little to get them to line up.

Motown,
I have the AC nerfs on my Speed, but not the pro pegs so not sure what you are looking at. I know that for me a set of vice grips helped me to line it all up and "force" them that last little bit of flex to line up right. I installed my AC's in about 30 min.....JIM

Mo,
Check out my yahoo pics, you might be able to see my mounts. Here's what I did.
Mount the black brackets up tight. Grease the front tubes that slide into the frame(notice which bolts you need to remove out of the frame rails, and take them out)
Grease the holes that'll go over the black brackets. Put the bars on the black brackets, line up the front to slide into the frame, and get both sides started. You might need someone to spread the bars apart to make it to the front. Once you have it started, use a hammer and a block of wood to tap the bars into place. Smack the front some, then smack the rear of the bars until they finally seat. Just take your time and it'll work out for ya.
Hope this helps! BTW, my quad is in the shop, so I can't do much more for ya....sorry man

Dude, I thought that the front tubes go into the frame but I think they go right in front the battery and it lined up perfect. I had to remove the first frame rail bolt and put a washer supplied and a longer bolt and everything fit. I talked mxmike and his go into the frame, he has the moto nerfs. I don't know but everything is tight. Thanks guys
