I ripped my crappy DG pipe off and put on my NEW HPD pipe. NIGHT AND DAY. I cant keep the wheels from spinning. I compare it to riding a piped 400 2 stroke, no joke. Everybody burn thos crappy DG pipes. The rob horsepower. I will no longer be embarrased to ride my TB. I may even take it to the 1/8th mile track now. Check out my sign. for all the mods (well, all that would fit)

Hey, I am glad to hear that you have brought that ol 250 to life! Since the autos have to make the power at a certain rpm and as much as they can, a pipe can make them or break them, as you have seen. List the old one on e-bay. People suck those up real quick. Now you can rip!!!!!! Bubba

Does it really make that much of a difference? I have alot of mods done to mine and it is also still slow.I do have a DG pipe and silencer. What did it do to the powerband. And most of all WILL it beat a stock blaster????I get spanked by them all the time!

Top speed is still slow..but I can take off very fast when I hook up the tires..
I do mostly tech trailing rides so I really don't do alot of '***** to the wall' riding

Ohh, I hit top speed very quick..

I see you put some money into your bike already..if your looking for some advise..try Rick Ritter..he is by far the most knowledgeable person I've spoke to about Polaris Performance.
I don't know about HPD or Hot seat's stuff..this is just my personal view

Rick at RCR is the first guy I recomend to anybody wanting to mod a Polaris he will not stear you wrong!!! Rick is such a great guy I call him sometimes way past closing time for his shop sometimes with a ? and if he is in the shop he has no prob. answering the phone and helping. I even called him before just to see how things are going sometimes I forget he is a buisnesman with work to do and not just one of my friends that are sitting around with nothing to do (sorry about that Rick but get used to it at least im not leaving nasty messages)but with Rick it is easy to forget he is a buisnesman and not just a old buddy. He even carries HPD stuff so if you want thier parts you can trough Rick. excuss the spelling look at the time of this post.
