You should check out the Kasea Skyhawk 90. I bought my daughter the 50. I know people will say it is crap because it isn't a Yamaha or Polaris or other big name brand, but they are wrong. All those other big name quads are Tiawanes under the plastic. I did alot of research and came up with the Kasea. I'm a little sad to say this, but the Kasea is built better than the Blaster with the exception of the disk brakes. They are both sitting in my shed and I did a side by side comparison. I'm talking about overall workmanship like welds and stuff so nobody flame me here. I know the Blaster will kick it's a$$. Stuff like grease fittings and reinforced spindles and such.
Compared to other minis it has a foot brake...not too many do. It also has rebound and compression damping in the rear shock...it doesn't just spring up like a pogo stick...it reacts like a real quad. The 50 comes with an 80 watt lighting coil...the 90 has lights already on it. There is not a major difference in motors on these Tiawan minis...they all basically use same motor. There are alot of hop up parts available. They also have a 150 that looked pretty cool too. You didn't say how old or how big your brother was. Check out their website for more info.

My AC dealer has T-Rex this is nice quad, the 90 has a remote control shut off, which I like alot better than the tether most models offer. I haven't researched them though just looked at these at the dealer. I think the Kasea would be my next choice.

little sister, 4 years old, has a raptor 80. my 15 year old sister also rides it and has lots of fun. with 120lbs on the seat it will do 45 mph if you let out the throttle. handling is good, and its a bit bigger than most of the other "kiddie" quads. it has a 3 speed trannie, N down, 1-2-3 up. no clutch.
ive had some good experiences with the honda 90, not a bad quad either, but not great.
the only one i know to stay away from is the old sportsman 90. cant make it up very light grades, a little hard to get used to and drive. i have heard that the new predator based 90 is a lot nicer than the old one though.
if your little brother is somewhat larger or older, like 6-8 or more, take a look at the yamaha breeze. 125cc's and very user friendly and easy to ride.
