What happened? Did everyone truely lose enough faith in honda to the point where they no longer post? The discusion roars on and i have nothing to read, laugh or type about. Come on boys get it together. Lets talk about girls. Just off the subject of quads and on the subject about girls. Hmmm. Jenna Jameson mmmm. Ok enough.

Well, you can look at it this way. No one is sitting around complaining about bent axles or broken trannies. But it is kind of sad to see people avoiding the forums because they aren't as fast as the "other guys". Big freak'n deal. It's a hell of alot cheaper to build your motor than to lose money selling or trading in your bike for a new one. Plus, I don't think I'd ever buy a Suzuki or Kawi. The Cannondales are nice, but require alot of routine maintenance. Changing a fuel filter every 5 hours seems a bit ridiculous to me. I'm in the market for a 416 or 440 kit. From what I've heard, a ported/polished 440ex, with cam, valve job, and carb can get up between 40 and 50 horsepower if it's done right. I'm starting my search for a local shop to take care of me. I'm not looking to be the fastest guy on the hill, I just want to get up the hills fast, and know that I've always got enough power to climb those razorbacks down at places like Winchester. I'm thinking I'll start with the 416 and a cam/hard-faced rocker arms. That's really not too expensive. I dunno. All this talking about my bike makes me want to go and ride. It's looking like I'm going to the Oregon dunes on Saturday. Gotta go outside and play!!!

Chad, you'll have to keep in touch for some December riding down at Winchester.

Those dunes are extremely steep in the winter.

Hopefully you'll have your mods done by then, and be able to hit the dunes!

I THINK I KNOW WHY IT IS SO QUIET ON THE HONDA FORUM. THEY ARE ALL OUT RIDING AND HAVING A BALL. THE OTHER FORUMS ARE VERY BUSY,SQUABBLING AND CURSING THEIR QUADS.IF THEY WERE RIDING RED THEIR FORUM WOULD BE QUIET ALSO!! NUFF SAID....
