Default 250 Exhaust

I have a fully modded 93 Trailboss 250 and I still have the stock exhaust b/c DG is the only company that makes a pipe for it. In 96 they switched the part number, is that because of a re-designed pipe or a different motor or frame. If the frame and engine are the same won't a pipe for a 02 fit myn. Do you think if I got an HPD pipe for an 02 it would fit my 93?

If that thing is modded much at all, the stock exhaust is like a cork in the bottle.Check out www.dynoport.com and see if they have a pipe. Thay are the only ones who make a pipe for the 94-95 sport 400L, so it's worth a try. The pipes work good. Hope this helps,Bubba

Yeah they do make a pipe for myn. But I would rather stick with a company that specializes in just Polaris, which Dynoport doesn't.

I was kinda asking if a pipe from an 02 will fit my 93. Yes trailblazer/boss have the same frame and engine. However the part number changed in 96 is that because or a re-designed pipe, or a different engine-frame? Because if it's just a different pipe design and the frame and engine are the same why wouldn't a pipe from an 02 fit a 93?

Has anyone experienced with Aaen pipes? The prices are right.

To simplify my previous questions, does the 02 Trailblazer use a different frame than the 95?

Also has the engine been changed 95-02?

Yes AAEN has great products and good customer service.
As said before They are probably in the top 3 or 4 for Polaris peformance products. Snowmobole Experts.

RCR performance may also be able to help you out, You will need to call him, No E-Mails.

Has anyone heard the AAEN pipe and does it give a nice sound, too loud? My friend had a DG it was obnoxious.
