I need input for custom parts for our DS's!

I am in talks right now withe my Special effects coordinator on making custom parts for our DS's or even other quads if you like. Let me know what you would like to see or have on your quad and I am going to try and get something going. He has a nice little fab shop and has everything under the sun! O be it billet items to the ever elusive valve shims perhaps we can make your dreams come true! And at a much better price, than what you are curently paying. He has very little overhead and it is more of a Hobby for him,and it would be a nice side gig for me. So let me know.

Uh, let me think...???
1. Replacment carb to air box tube. (non-colapsable)
2. Wider kick-up Foot pegs.(similar to roll design)
3. Nerf-bars with/without integrated foot-pegs.
4. Billet Brake pedal, shifter.
5. Aluminum Heel guards for us folks that have trimmed rear plastic.
6. Vented gas cap (with check valve)
Anyone else?

I like the stuff buttfungus posted, I don't think I need new hubs, but the rest of DuneDevil’s stuff sounds amusing. If you made the airbox to carburetor tube I'd buy one of those as soon as it was ‘done.’ The rest of the stuff would be nice and it would come down to price as far as the speed of purchase. Although if you make a gas cap, I need one for an IMS tank, which would be a good thing to make since you’d make a cap to fit ANY IMS tank.
One item to add:
Anything that can be easily replaced with a lighter unit that has similar durability. No one who buys a DS650 is going to want to give up Reliability/durability for weight savings, otherwise we would be riding Raptors. That last comment is really stating the obvious, but I felt like re-stating the obvious.

Along the lines of Rockey's request - I'd like to see radiator scoops/luovers, like they make for the R's. They direct air while deflecting debris.
I also want aluminum frame guards, instead of all the carbon fiber that's available, and an aluminum sprocket guard to match.

I agree with buttfungus. NOBODY out there makes a billet shifter or brake lever for the Bomb. Also, the heel guards would be great if they'd work with Roll Design footpegs AND improve rear tire clearance over the stockers. Just my two cents worth...thanks!

Well I know of a few costom parts that are on the way. I will have a picture here pretty soon of a tail light cover that is lazer cut that is flat amazing. A new front bumber, rear grab bar, heel gurds, HD Aluminum sprocket cover(maybe), heat sheilds(pipe), and battery box are all on the way from Aerotech. Rocky Mountain ATV will be carrying them and are already listed on there sight. The workmanship is flat amazing.
My suggestion is to have the 8" hubs made or a spacer/adapter to be able to use a 8" rim with either yahmaha or Honda spaceing. A real HD sprocket cover. An alumminum dash would be trick. Thats all I can think of.
