r there any chances for reverse on predator?

warranty will be the standard 6 months. You can extend the Warranty to 1 year for $99. I would not expect to see reverse after only one year. They may never have reverse, but if they ever do, I can't see it being as early as 2004.

The Predator was designed from the ground up without reverse. Rate the chances of an engine redesign as very very slim to no f@kin' way. What we may see in the not too distant future is larger versions of the engine. Once they have established it as a reliable engine, they may, and probably will, start with larger bore/stroke versions, or just leave it to the aftermarket.
Reverse? We don't need no stinkin' reverse! " Remember, what is behind you is not important" (Italian guy from Gumball Rally, when he threw away the rear view mirror in the Ferrari)

so do u think its safe to go and buy the predator seeing how it is the first year production. I know the raptor had bad luck for first year cause yamaha was too lazy to thoroughly remove all the bugs..what u think about polaris? thanks mike

I can't remember hearing about Raptors being spied winning MX races months before it's release. Nor do I remember them being in development for 3 years. I would say the Predator will be a safe first year production quad.
Oh course I would say that, I put a grand down on the Troy Lee on August 15th.
