Default Arctic Cat is great

I called AC the other day with the only complaint I have had with my machine, body roll . I told them about my delema and the guy was great. Eventhough my warranty expired 2 months ago they replaced all my shocks and struts free of charge. and my dealer had my parts in a week and installed in a day. How about that for customer service!!!!All those talking trash better buck up. Arctic Cat is here to stay. My buddy has a another brand and one day after warranty that manuf. didn't want to know nothing and the dealer didn't want to know nothing.

keep it going AC

Glad to hear they were there for you. Did they replace the shocks with 02 shocks (nonadjustable) or with the 03 shocks (adjustable)? There are no struts on your cat, just coil over shocks. The body roll can be greatly decreased by replacing the stock tires with 6-ply tires.

I agree they do have great customer service. Heck they recalled my 02 500 act and gave me a brand new quad. Have you ever heard of any other company doing this? They also covered a bad fan on a quad that was 4 months out of warranty. Some of the other guys could learn a lot from AC.

Arctic cat knows a thing or two about customer service. Way to go cat. They come good for warranty claims. All these people bashing AC on the the AC sux forms had better wake up. If by some chance you need warranty work cat will stand behind you. I learned the hard way. I previously had a ac, nice little machine, 300 4x4. I took it to four ac dealers under warranty for minor repairs, adjustments, all covered no questions asked. I then bought a 650 kawi and had clutch and front diff problems. The 650 was only four months old and kawi REFUSED to honour the warranty. I told them that I had previously had a cat and they honoured their warranty why couldn't they. Their reply was, " were not artic cat." This from Kawi corporate level. My dealer then refused to do any more warranty work on my machine, as I made such a fuss and posted my displeasure on the Kawi form. I was and still am impressed with Arctic Cat customer service.
