hey guys... i was wonderin which one is the better machine. which one can pull more, which one can handle the technical stuff the best, etc. also, what is the top speed of each. I have a heelclicker clutch kit in my sportsman400 and it murders my friends Eiger in a drag. Any inputs would help.

Not sure why you're asking since you own a SP400 and your buddy has a Eiger [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]. In the technical stuff and pulling wise I'd say the SP400. ATV Rider magazine current issue has a 400 shootout it might be worth checking out. Test ride your friend's Eiger and see what you think.

 

Don't know what you been smoking but sp-400's have never out runed vinson's !!!!Won't even come close.

AHHH I see. I have seen them come close but not beat it.

 

the sportsman is the better utility quad for power and pulling, as well as a much smoother ride. the ieger weighs less, but im not sure on its handling tho. the ieger "might" be a little sportier but the sportsman is probably faster, and Definately hauls alot more.
