Default Questions about going to a 22 rear and 23 front.

Ok, I dont really under stand when they say the dominators suck. Keep in mind here that I am a newbie on sport quads and it beats all the polaris's i have had in the past.
I notice I hit the rev limitor a ton. I just put on my tack and when I hit the gas It really moves. But what I saw was the tach reving and the maching not matcing the revs. SO that tells me I am spinning.
If I go with a 22 rear for tracting, will I accelerate faster at all speeds? Will I still be able to wheely as easy or not? Will I not hit the rev limitor as fast?
I will be getting a pipe and CDI next spring, I only have the 15t sproket and tach now. I have the Jets but I am waiting for the cdi and pipe. O, I do have a K&N in now.
I have gone NUTS over the tire selections, realtors, razrs, bandts and holeshots.
I found that NON make the 22-11-8 tire. I cant afford rims right now so thats not an option. I have decided on the Holeshot XCT 22r/23f I ride trail 99% of the time and what ever goes on the trails, mud, slime, rock, gravel, sand. I hope I am choosing the right tire. OR I might be making a mountain of an ant hill..

Thanks MUCH.

PS, I spent HOURS in looking at past tire reviews and handeling stuff. My brain hurts... Help with what ya can.

If you are having trouble with spinning it is due in part to the horrible Kendas and also try going up one on the front sprocket, you currently are one down from stock that will lower your gearing and be to low to pick up sufficent traction with kendas, but if you're going to 23,22 then keep it as it will equal out to near stock gearing. I am getting a little rusty on this stuff because I race MX and run 19,18 Holeshot MX tires.

I have the Holeshots on the rear and I ride trails about 90% of the time and they really catch good grip. Go with Holeshots. My second choice would be Bandits but I am not sure if they make 22's or 23's. As for the gearing choice I can't help you there I am still trying to figure out whats best for me.

i would stick with the holeshots, the 23/22 setup will give you more clearance in the trails and better puncture resistance for sharp rocks, glass, nails etc.
all the guys on our race team use holeshots and swear by them. only 2 guys use kenda shredders, but say they are comparable to holeshots and have had no problems with them.

i have realtors and excavators and they both hook up extremely well, the other day it rained alot here and in some corners the stock dominators on the front would just slide by the amount of traction on the rear,
