Crank Seals, how touchy are they?

Crank Seals, how touchy are they?
I just put the crank seals in my 500 motor and was wondering how touchy they are? I don't have a leak down tester so I was wondering what everyone else has experianced. Your input is appriciated.

Crank Seals, how touchy are they?
Like any seal, like a fork seal, don't mess them up or they will leak. visually inspect them, replace if you are rebuilding, don't overextend them,make sure you put them in the right way,,pretty obvious stuff.
