Default Graydon Nerf Bars

Has anyone installed these on their DS,I just received a set today and there was no instructions, there is a left & right nerf bar and a chrome middle bar that looks like it is suppose to connect the two together, I tried every possible combination and do not see any way to mount the cross bar......Thanks

The chrome crossbar mounts to the front lower engine mount. Remove the lock-nut and long engine mount bolt, which are torqued ungodly and lock-tited, slip the chrome piece in place (kinda tricky), then re-install the bolt and nut. When you assemble the nerfs to the chrome piece, grease well to facilitate future removal.

This truly is the ideal way to mount nerfs, as apposed to the conventional u-bolts around the frame.

Thanks for the all the info, but I think they sent me the wrong cross bar, the bolt plate that is welded to the chrome tube runs parallel and the mounting holes are 90 deg off from the front engine mount, the nerf bars had a sticker on them that said it was for the DS,so I hope it is just the cross bar that is wrong cuz I spent to much frigin time putting the net on them.....that would be great if you could sent some pics of the bars mounted on the DS....Thanks
