Is there enought weight differance in any of these tires to notice? I am a trail rider that has fun in gravil pits and trails. Not really a drag racer but I want to beat my friends. What do the stock dominators weigh?

The heaviest are the Bandits by far!. I used to know the weight exactly because I had them right before I bought the Holshots. I think the Razors are close to the holeshots. Do a search for bandits and look for one of my replies, I think I put the weight in one of my replies a few months back.

They weigh 22#'s a piece. The Holeshots are about 11 pounds a piece. Thats a huge difference.

2 questions for you 02baja..
1: I like the Oil pressure.. how did you do it? How much did it cost ya??
2: did you notice a power hit with the bigger tires??? do you accelerate faster with the bigger tires due to better traction less spin?? how about handeling?

1. The oil pressure gauge is a Auto-Meter Pro Comp liquid filled mechanical gauge. I took out the oil pressure sensor that is on top of the case. And ran my oil line from there. All the fittings needed are provided with the gauge. it works great and you dont have to wait for a light to tell you that something is wrong. I think it all cost less than $100. I know some guys have used a chaeper mechanical gauge from Auto-zone. it only cost like $25 and does the same thing. I just went for the autometer so it matched the tach.

2. When I first put them on, I noticed a little difference in low end. But then I piped and jetted and it was better than ever. I dont really accelerate faster but you do gain top end speed due to the larger diameter of the tires. If you do notice a major drop in low end, just simply change your sprocket and your gearing will be back to stock. As far as handeling. I dont have any bump steer, or twitchy steering. Even on hard pack and pavement. All in all, very well worth the money and a great mod.

Anymore questions, just let me know.

Mudstud~
When I went to the 22/23" razr's, I weighed all the tires individually. I don't remember the exact weights, but the 4 PLY rear Razr's are 3 lbs heavier per tire. The 6 PLY fronts were also 3 lbs heavier per tire. Regardless of the weight, I would highly reccomend getting the 6 PLY rear Razr's! I had a hole in my sidewall within 2 months of riding!

02Baja~
How much air pressure are you running in your Razr's? The rear tires look pretty rounded in the pic on your website. Also, did you have to bend the front mini-fenders any to make the 23" tires fit? It looks like you still have about 2" of clearance, whereas I only have about 1/2" of clearance!
