Ok... still haven't figured out how else to do it, so I am gonna put another pic on my homepage.. its of my Magnum 500 PVT Snorkel...
If you can't tell, its made from 2" ABS plastic pipe.. (Basically sewer and drain pipe)
I had to slightly notch the side plastic for clearance...
Anyway, ya'll take a look and tell me what you think..

What a submarine! Are you taking that thing to
the 'sippi holes in Naples, FL? How did you connect a round pipe to the square end on the vent?

ATV,
Check out my homepage now.. I put a new pic on there of my Magnum now that both the INTAKE and EXHAUST for the PVT are snorkeled. And its a daylight picture.
On the exhaust side, I took a 2" 90 degree connector and ground the outer walls so that it would fin inside the exhaust port on the PVT cover, then re-used the stock rubber connector boot with two hose clamps.. on the INTAKE side, I simply cut my hole for a 2" I.D. Radiator hose and attached it to the factory ductwork. I was hoping to get the hose to run thru where the factory vent holes were in the side plastci.. but after cutting them, it wouldnt fit.. So I have an "oblong" hole now.. but it'll jusut make it easier to remove the plastic I guess..!!...
I live in Texas, But we got PLENTY of ponds, creeks, rivers, bottomless mudholes to sink it in here!!!..
