Default Rubicon service code help

Wondered if someone that has a service manual could let me know what the #4 service code stands for. I'm thinking it's just water in one of the connections since the only riding I've done is plowing snow, and washing it.

How ya doin and just hang tight. I am new on here and at work I just signed up today. When I get home tonight I will grab the service manuel and look it up for you. It might end up being tomarrow morning though due to the fact that my phone line at home might stll be down.

Hard to believe there's only one person here with a Rubicon service manual.

Problem code #4 Throttle sensor system (Throttle angle) Probable faulty part- 1.Throttle sensor or related wire harness. 2.ECM. I would check the ECM connector and the throttle sensor connector for water or loose connection. Good luck.

Default Rubicon service code help

Thanks for the info Farm King. Must have been that water in the connection thing, cause it seems to be working fine today. Plowed snow for a couple of hours today with no problems. I really need to break down and buy one of those manuals, but if I did, I'd probably never need it again. Isn't that usually how it works?

The Rubi works great for plowing. I had a 450ES before and it did a great job too. On the Rubi, I just put it in low range, and go. The automatic tranny really handles it well. No shifting, no bogging down. I'm really pleased with it. So far, I've got over 1000 miles on it with no major problems. It's really been a good machine.

We got around 5-6 inches here around Jacksonville. Haven't had this much snow in several years. I'd almost forgotten what it was like. You must be further south.
