I have just noticed a 1" crack in The right Front fender right ware the mud flap bolts on.
Is this a warranty issue has anyone had to fix this before.

I may buy a new front Fender if any One has one For sale 03 RED

 

check ebay, just keep checking back on there... there is always plastics being sold on there for 650's.

Replacement cost for the front fender is $134 from Ron Ayers.

 

i don't think they cover plastic. I bitched about mine when it was new and they did nothing. My front mudflaps are gone completely after many many fixes and reattachments and redesigns. They suck the way every tree or bush seems to push it's way between flap and fender. I do plan on reattaching mine and putting some kind of protective cover on the front of the flap so nothing can slip in between them.

 

My black plastic is cracked in three different places. It does break pretty easy, but I guess its better than the red part breaking.
