To me there is only one choice for a paddle tire. Skat Trak Haulers or Gliders. I just ordered an eight paddle Hauler Glider combo for my Cannondale and will get them in two weeks. I've used them in the past and will use nothing else.

I mounted 21-12-10 sand tires unlimited padla brats 9 paddle tires on mine. Then I had to gear it down, way to high geared with 14 37 gears. If I were going to put haulers on my predator, I would go with an 8 paddle tire in the 21" or 22" tall size. Definately the new extreme paddles.

I am running sand-skate 2, 20x10x10, they seem to work good.

Lighter the paddle the faster you will be. Skat Trak ultra light/buff haulers on .125 alum are the sand draggers choice paddle. They do have a thin carcass and will punture easily. Padla Brats are also a very good hook up paddle and are more durable than the ultra's but weigh a little more. Hauler Extreme's are heavier than the Brats but still in the top three. If you plan on dragging/duning on stick/rock free sand...go with the Ultra's. Few rocks and still able to kick butt in 300'...Brats. Rocks, sticks, snow, lizards....Extreme's. Go with a straight paddle.
