Default which nerfs?

Hey all my birthday is coming up and my parents were thinkin about buyin sum nerfs for my scrammy and I dont know which are the best for them to purchase. My uncle may be able to weld for me so that isnt a problem. I was wondering which set fits the sport/scrammy the best? I've heard that banshee nerfs fit and want to make sure before my parents make the purchase.

Myself and a buddy have the Banshee nerfs. Mine are DG and his are Pro-peg. He had to do more work to make his fit, though. Look at my pictures. All I had to do was weld 2 small angle brackets to the frame bottom to attatch them to. Other than that it was a breeze. If you need a close up pic, I have some stored on my home computer. Let me know,Bubba.

I wouldn't know from experience, but this question was asked before so... The only nerfs that I know of that are made to fit the Scrammy are the Hot Seat nerfs, but those are a little pricy. I would do what Bubba said. Get the DG Banshee nerfs and have your uncle do a little welding.

The bad thing not only being pricey, but the Hotseat units are now steel instead of aluminum. There is another person (polarisfreak) on the forum that put 250R nerfs on his wheeler. They look good too. I just know of at least 4 poeple that have used the Banshee nerfs.Bubba

Iwas looking around for banshee nerf bar prices and came across the recreationunlimited site. They say they have bars for the sport and scrambler 500. I am planning on calling and checking how these mount up. I'll be sure to post what info i get. There website is www.recreationunlimited.com

My stepdad has put 2 sets of raptor pro pegs on his scrambler 500 and trailblazer 400.. They both require cutting and welding, but look great. Look at my gallery page for the 400 pictures. The 500 pics will be on soon waiting for front bumper and rear grab bar..
