Default help lose of compression!!!

i have a woods piston and the 425lift cams. have had the piston for about 8 or 9 mos. have checked the compression at ds mikes house before a few months ago and read 195psi if i remember right. today i decided to check my compression. fired it up ran it for about 10 min and checked it,got a 120psi reading. had the carb opened up and everthing.then i decided to do the oil in the cylinder check, put it in bumped it over 4or5 times and got 150psi . pulled radiator cap no pressure, so im assuming its not a head gasket. if it was rings wouldnt it go up more than this? any other opinions would be be appreciated!!! please post you thoughts!

kinda dumb question , but did you disable the compression release mechanism? also don't assume you have the proper lash, double check everything.

IF you were at 195psi before you should still be in that range.
