Default Bombardier service rep. let down

Even with all the information, scooby, vega650, DS dude gave to formum. Bom claims this is a wear item, if you are chaning oil yourself, you are responsible for the stripped plug. They are not aware of the stripped plug problem. Call them if you have this problem at 1-800-882-2900. Ask for Nancy Larson or Steve. Report problem maybe they can get a kit like BMW has. Treated with very little respect. Bike is under warranty.

stripped plug problem? Is this on all year models? Is there some special precaution that can be used to help prevent stripping?
