If the parking brake is not on, and the brakes are not frozen/locked....Then it sounds like you burnt some bearings.
Check the rear disk and see if the brakes are rubbing it.... If they are clear, you will have to get the axel off.

Pop the clip on the chain and take it off, if it still wont spin then the problem isn't in your brakes. Then take the plug out and see if it will kic k over with no compression to hold it back, if it dosen't like they said you might have seized the bearings. Good luck!!

The parking break is not on and it will kick over. I dont know if it will start because the key wasnt in it. One of my freins said on the shifter shaft that goes in the engine theres forks on it and they might have slipped off. Is that possible. please right back

you wouldnt believe how hot they get sometime.
I put black water tires on my 300ex before and i was going down the road and was slowing down for some reason.
I stopped looked at the bearings and the grease was so hot it was bubbling out

when you have the chain off does the axle spin ??
