Home made Honda CR500 Quad
#1
If your thinking of making a cheep quad that will win races then read on.
I had a complete CR500 dirt bike, took out the swing arm and fitted a quad rear end.
removed the complete front fork assembly ,yokes etc...welded on a Tri z conversion quad front end straight onto the bike frame and hay presto !! Had to bodge up some Banshee rear plastics to make some rear fenders..The result is a very fast quad..no vibration and minimum hassle in making..sounds pritty mad but works a treat...
