I do like CED, simple green dose a great job, but not harsh enough to discolor things. You can spray it on anything on the bike. I havent found anything better.Bubba

An old trick I learned from my Jeeping days is to spray some Pledge on the underside of the fenders just before riding in the mud. A lot of the mud won't stick in the first place, but what does will wash off much more easily.

Go to wal-mart and buy some Black Magic tirefoam. Spray all over the bike - plastic, tires, frame..etc. Wipe it dowan and it looks like a brand new one.

I use PAM or one of the other generic spray cooking oils on the underside of all the plastic, so the mud is a lot easier to remove. It's also easy to steal out of your wife's kitchen.
