That is like asking "should I get a corvette or a expolrer?" THe only reason you would get a Warrior is to get reverse, and if it is reverse you want, then get into the KXF/Z/Raptor debate. I owned a warrior and I wouldn't even give it to my girl. This is just because of where we ride (dunes), not because of the quad. If I rode trails/mountains I would think about giving it to my girl (but not for longer than a few seconds).

The 400EX is a fun quad and you will enjoy one , the Z/KFX is another fun quad also you will have reverse and everyone that I ride with have EX's and the love the way mine handles and the suspension is smoother

Though I hate to diss the Warrior since I have owned one for 4 years now and have never had a bit of trouble with it. The 400EX is probably the better choice between the two. It's more up to date than the Warrior. It comes with an oil cooler, it's lighter, has a better power to weight ratio, and seems to be pretty reliable. But another choice if your looking for a 400 is the KFX/Z-400. They claim it's better than the 400EX and it's priced the exact same retail wise around here. So good luck!!
