I rejeted my kodiak from a 132.5 to a 137.5 The bike runs just fine at 1500 ft in the phoenix area but boy can that sucker consume fuel!!! Got only 15 mpg on the last trip to devils hole. Is this possible? or is something wrong. Thanks For any information from other kodiac owners on this fuel consumption situation.

HEy my Ford F-150 4x4 with the 5.4 Liter engine gets 15-16 miles to the gallon. I don't think something is right with the Kodiak.

The Rancher I own has a 329cc compared to your 401cc & it gets 25 mpg & thats full time 4 wheel drive.

It's not the Main Jet. The main jet only works from past 3/4 to full throttle. I am running a 140.0 @ 800 to 1300 and am still lean with a stock filter and the plug still runs white.
