Does anyone make these type of grips?

I have the Hand gaurds like the Baja. I went to a twist so I cut my grips to be open on the end. However it looks crappy. I want grips that are open on both ends for teh 7/8 bar AND be for a twist... I found these but can tell for sure..

Does anyone make these type of grips?

I used street bike grips on mine and they worked out great. They are open on both ends.
