I'm afraid that I have rear plastic. I'm too cheap to buy a real leather office chair.

No for real, there is someone parting out a DS on ebay, you may want to check there.

Of course, I've hear that it can be purchased at most dealerships for a reasonable price.

 

If you can get your dealership to deal with you it can be bought for around $ 60 - 65, if you can believe it the front costs more than the back.
