Default Dual CARBS? VS 45mm

I was wondering what else is needed when purchasing dual carbs, im looking at the ones from pami and they are $468 and was wondering what else i will need to make them work. I have a slightly modded ds with pipe cdi k&n and ride in the dunes im cant decide between duals and 45 since the duals are the same price minus cables, intake. I just dont want to buy a 45 then be like should have got the duals. i plan on further modding my bike with high comp piston cams titanium valve springs ect.

what is your opinions?

someone said the duals from pami run 750$ where does that price come from?

If you don't have your intake and head ported then your wasting you money with the duals. However if you want to get them I'll trade you for my lectron 44

I put the dual 39s on mine and noticed a big difference.

I don't have any dyno 3's comparing them to the 45 I had but I like them.

Also, I do not have any head or intake porting done.

kmduner and I will let you know what the difference is this weekend.

If you do purchase the dual keihins. make sure you get the air filter adapters, O-rings for adapters, manifold, two filters and outerwears( the cheaper priced units don't include these) also the carbs I received have the throttle linkage in the middle of the carbs, instead of on the end(more mods to make them work). but seat of the pants on dirt(no traction) tells me yeeeeehaaa.

my bike is a stage II with no port work at all ( thats next). I'm also running skat trak 22" edges. not sure what kmduner will be running.

I'll be running 22" haulers, they are cracking though, I put a little epoxy on the cups last night to try and hold them together a little longer.
