Default Blaster Jetting Help

Hi i own a stock 03 blaster. I am getting ready to put a FMF SST Pipe, SST Silencer, Injection Block Off Kit, K&N Filter and maybe V-force. I dont know anything about jetting but i was wondering what i should set the jet to after i put these items on. I know i will have to change the jet seting after i put on the block off kit.

Default Blaster Jetting Help

Start out with a 300 main, and drop the CLIP one position.

Work your way down in jet size from there.

Default Blaster Jetting Help

if you pipe it, dont run it till you rejet it. Toomey sends along a 310 in their pipe kit, and change the needle by one, like what 2fun said.
chances are good the pipe will come with recommendations on jetting. i run a 310 and i'm at 4000' alt.

I'm surprized you have to use such a large main jet.
On our Blaster at sea level with an FMF "fatty" and a K&N airfilter, we were using between a 290 and 300 main jet.

Perhaps your pipe flows better or something?
