guys please jetting problem !

hi all i have 2003 banshee and i install a trinity pipe with no airbox and K&N carb mount airfilter and i used a dynojet kit and i change the pilot jet to 27.5 and install main 280 and needle changed with dyno needles and its in clip #4 and im at see level and the humedety is letel high and i dont know what to make the air screw posetion so when i take the banshee out in the start i have to rev it high befor i releas the clutch and in 5th and 6th gear it takes long time to open the pretiors and when its open its real wekeed and i played with the air screw and i cant get it right so any help needed .

im sorry but i have a problem in me jetting so can you help me
i have 280 main and dynojet needle in clip #4 and pilot jet 27.5 and im at see level and i have the airfilters mout direct on the carbs
so how many turns should i use for the air screw

You turn the air screw out till you get a crisp throttle response from off-idle.
If you have a hang-idle, you are too lean and need to either turn the air screw back in, or go to a larger pilot jet.
If you open up the air screw, and it still does not improve the throttle response, try going to a smaller pilot.
What do the plugs look like?
Have you done a proper plug check?
Read those plugs! They are a direct window as to what is going on inside the motor.
If you have a hang-idle, you are too lean and need to either turn the air screw back in, or go to a larger pilot jet.
