700 air mixture screw

Default 700 air mixture screw

Where do I drill?

1} Pull the carb of the engine - can leave the choke and throtle cables attached.
3} The plug will be on the underside of the carb. Just in from the "Opening" that was in the boot on the engine side of the carb.
4} Its the only brass plug on the bottom of the carb and it does have a REAL small whole in the center of it. Its wide enough to slide
a 24 gauge IV needle into it IE: DARNED SKINNY. But does work nice as a pilot whole. And it is rather deep. I checked, then checked
and recheked again as I drilled mine out. Cuz The Polaris manual pics werent the best.

What does this do for the quad? Performance?

It helps to smooth it out at idle to 1/4 throtle.
