Bought a '03 600 last week and attempted to ride today but, over 15mph she turned into a slug and had no power. Thanks in advance.

how many hours on your 600 ?
does it backfire ?
any deep water adventures ?

 

not even a mile on it yet. ook it off the truck and it's been in a heated garage until today when I wanted to ride. I'm thinkin maybe the plugs.

 

It does not back fire and has not been in water......just got it off the truck.

 

man that sucks !! i have had mine a week and have 120 miles on it and not one problem but i have read that the throttle cable might stretch during the first 20 hours and this throws the ETC out of wack and causes loss of power and backfiring.thats a simple cable adjustment fix but since yours is brand spanken new you should go right back to the dealer because it was something they or polaris did or did not do . you could try to troubleshoot it yourself but not even 1 mile !!!! i would be pissed.let us know when you find out.

 

try this and look under air box trick.there is alot of other helpful info under the polaris forum . someone named snowride seems very helpful.
