Loose Rear Break Rotor

I was changing my rear break pads and noticed the rotor is loose. It’s moving around about and 1/8 inch in X, Y, and Z directions. Should I tighten the axle nut or is there more to it??

Loose Rear Break Rotor

tightening the axle nuts should take care of it. It may be time for rear axle bearings soon if it wasnt because the axle nuts came loose.
