Default Jett Hot Coatings

I can't believe my eyes. Just opened a box from Jet Hot, they made my one year old, dirty HPD ATV8 pipe look beyond new. That does it, like Heapster did, I'm sending the Predator head pipe in. This company kicks butt!!!

They do awsome work, they have been doing our race car header's for year's, as good as they look, the best thing about them is how much they drop the temp around the pipe.

How does the jet hot coating hold up over long-term?? Does it start to show any rust or corrosion over time? I guess someone who has tested it will have to answer this for me! Hey Modquad, get some pics up on your profile. I wanna see you new pred headpipe, and I've never seen a pic of your firebreathing sport either!

It will out last the four wheeler, it will turn blue up around the head, but any coating, other than ceramic is going to. I have never had any trouble with flaking or anything like that. This coating will take abuse and hold up, I have picture's of my Turbo Regal standing on the rear bumper, you can see the headers, solid orange glowing from the heat. But by the time you get back to the pitt's they are already cooled down and look as good as the day i got them.

Jet hot coatings last, and last a long time...........I had it done on my 400cc Stroker Big Bore Cammed Warrior, and while I had rejetted the main, I never bothered with doing the idle circuit pilot jet until I noticed once that the head pipe (and silver jet hot coating) would glow ORANGE from it being lean and getting too hot.........nope, it didn't bake off, and only slightly discolored to a duller gray instead of the shiney silver it normally is.

I put 3 years of hard riding on that coating, and nothing ever burnd off, and only a few rock chips ever dinged or chipped the coating.

They coat the inside and out, and I believe you even get a free re-coat if it ever needs it.

This stuff works. And its cheap too at about $65-75 a pipe.

Forget Hi-temp rattle can paint, this is ceramic baked on high temp goodness!

'Nuff said, I'll pull the preddy pipe off one of these days and send it to them for sure.
