If you are close to canada, check them out. U.S. and canadian machines can come into the u.s. tax free.(Polaris, arctic cat,and Bombardier) And get a load of this... The dealers there are buying from the manufactures at up to 42% cheaper than the U.s. dealers!(due to thier weak dollar) People are now getting '00 sportsman 500 for $5300.00 u.s.
Bring american money to a bank in canada to get the full exchange rate, a bank here will have to earn a little on the exchange and not give you the full amount.(currently 45%) The dealers there want to do business in canadian dollars. Your dealer here wont give you accurate info on this! Call one in canada to find out. I did!
Thanks to N.A.F.T.A. !
for all the u.s. dealers face it, its like trying to sell tequilla in texas.

One of the Yamaha shops up in Oregon constantly run adds for the Kodiak which is 500 cheaper than anywhere else in the North West. I asked the salesman how they sell them so cheap, he told me they drive 5 hours to Canada & buy them!

Go to the approipriate manufacturers home page & do a "locate dealer" & type in a major Canadian city.

This should work

Nope the web thing didn't work. Honda or Yamaha's Web pages wouldn't let me pull up a Canadian city. One sure way is to contact the corporate head quarters & ask they should be able to direct you to the closest Canadian dealer.

OR

Try asking the Canadian patrons of this board the name of their shop where they purchased their ATV
