How much more hp/tq will this addition give me over what I already have. I believe that I have have of the stage one kit. The only thing that I would need is the carb and intake. Why can't we do the modification to our intakes our self?

Is this a good mod. what will it do?

is it a big increase?

can I use my thumb throttle cable? (don't really like the twist)

HELP???

Also, where is the best place to get rear sprockets? (42 tooth)

Do you feel that the 45 was a good increase hp wise? a little or a lot?

I'm also thinking of a high compression piston (11:1 or so - not really sure what they offer). Is this a good idea or not? I don't want to sacrifice dependability.... just want more power. Thinking that the piston is a good start.

Do you need the carb to go with the piston, or is the other way around?

 

you will like the 45 carb.if you do get this carb port your intake.Apparently you can use your stock throtle cable. check out some of the other threads. When i first got mine i noticed top end power when hill climbing. it uses a little more fuel, obviously. A great mod, especialy when you start to do internal mods. it made mine more responsive, i can wheelie a lot easier now.
