Anyone else have oil leaking where the oil tank tube goes into the bottom of the crank housing? Mine has been at Polaris dealer and still leaks. It is just an o-ring and washer that seals it to the cranck with a screw holding the hose in place.

 

Did they check for a bur, or surface irregularity when they had it apart? Or even some form of porosity in the casting? Haven't heard of any other leaks from anyone. There were a few coolant leaks, but that was some loose hose clamps. Did you and your machine have any "significant emotional experiences to initiate this", did you hit something?
