MX!! IMO...2- 5 minute moto's disables me for a week. I raced the ATV olympics XC,yes it was only a lil over an hour, but it didn't do what a MX does to me

IMO MX. Especially if you are a pro. Anyone that disagrees, just go and ride at Echecconee in Macon, GA for 20 minutes and tell me how you feel. But with that said the XC pros pound the crap out of themselves also. I think they are both demanding!
LT80- Where are you riding 5 minute moto's at? That has to be a short track.

Out here in California, we call them Grand Prixs. There are very similar to Cross Country Racing. I would have to stay Cross Country Racing is the most demanding. The Adelanto Grand Prix was the hardest race I ever done and I am a Motocross racer. I was sore for a week and had three blisters on each hand. I took a pounding. Kory Ellis didn't even bother to race it. He told me that he didn't want to be sore for a month.

mx has challenged me the most. HOWEVER any form of racing with a true competitive spirit should nearly waste you physically and mentally.
Hey timmis you just put a foot in the right direction
hook-up with other forum meembers in the area and get a ride going
