if u still have the stock carbs, the litte black hose that runs in between both carbs, it may be disconnected. make sure it is connected.

does it run? if so, try to turn in the silver screws on the big cable housing above the carbs. that should turn up the idle. but be sure to turn them BOTH in the same.

if you have the throttle cut out system (TORS) on top of the carbs, that is most likely the problem. i had the same thing happen on my banshee and it turned out that the tors system was cutting out my ignition at idle because the sensors were not working properly. motion-pro makes a kit to remove the stock system and replace with striaght cable. i HIGHLY recommend it. hope you solve your dilemma.

i think i paid about $50 for the kit. you need to drill the side of the carbs and install idle speed screws, which are included with the kit. (becuase the TORS units control the idle speed and, with them removed, the carb slides just bottom out.) the whole install only took about an hour and it was pretty straightforward. well worth the money and time. i think motion pro has a website if you want to check it out.

These are mechanics that did your top end?

It should be their problem to get it running for you...

I would get rid of the tors though...and try the motion pro idle kit as mentioned above...It works great and cleans up those honking tors units on the top of the carbs....

your sure the carbs are synchronized and the jetting is close.?

Look into the intake on the carbs and make sure the slides are lined up.....If one is off...that could be the problem too(synch)
