PowerMaxx Scram/Sportsman
#1
Is there really a difference between the powemaxx silencer for the sportsman 500 and the scrambler 500? The scrammy is louder and it has that bent outlet. I like the looks of the Sportsman more but prefer to make a lot of noise. The realy thing is the power. Does anyone know what the output difference is between these to mods?

I love the sound of the powermaxx exhaust. It has that great "potatoe potatoe" sound and sounds really great when you crack the throttle. I noticed a big difference in low end torque when I installed the exhaust., plus it looks great. Yuo can see it in my picture galleries

Has anyone taken out the baffles in the PowerMaxx silencer. How does that sound? does this help flow? And what jetting should i use if i dice up my air box around the K&N. That sounds soo nice when its bare.

Just cuz my quiet four stoke is louder than your two stroke gives you the right to be jealous.

I have the DG Xcellerator exhaust system with the disk system and it sound great with that deep throaty sound. it also allows you to adjust your power and sound output by removing the disks. great power increase through the whole rpm range due to it's reverse cone design.
