Got the Powermaxx system put on the pred w/ the Twin Air filter. Race version. I don't think its much louder than the Yoshi pipe I took off, but then again chainging the intake at the same time would affect decibels also. Top end seems to be increased, but haven't raced anything yet. Larger pipe where the two come together, and the bends make a longer arc, or smoother curve. Anybody think gearing up would actually make faster times on this machine where its closer ratio? just a thought, hopefully i'll know by tommorow.

With the 05 TLD suspension, and gearbox, you're gonna be lovin' life with the additional HPD HP.

my quad has the HPD powermaxx pipe too, but I also have a few other upgrades that were done at the same time, I like the performance that HPD adds. I highly recomend the 560 big bore from HPD, and the vortex CDI from HPD with 10 different power curve settings.

Darrell said the Vortex should be in by the end of next week. They just didn't have any for the '05 yet.
