well i finally got my raptor jetted correctly, mikuni jets 155l,160r air screws 2.75l,3.25r and it runs excellent very strong every where.with the airbox flaps cut out,no holes in the lid.stock needles stock position.
i have a spare lid with 5 one inch hole in it,does anyone think i will have to jet up with these extra holes.

I would say yes but only slightly due to the increase in air flow. Put it on then check your plug condition.
